Hi everyone,we are currently looking at implementing tracing with OpenTelemtry. There is some documentation regarding doing this with OpenTelemetry: https://docs.commercetools.com/sdk/observability/opentelemetrySadly, it is not clearly stated what’s even possible and/or implemented.Are requests fully e2e traceable? Example: If our backend sends a trace ID and we receive a callback later, will that callback contain the trace ID? Is W3C as standard used? Thanks!

Hi everyone,I’m exploring commercetools to build a B2B eCommerce platform for a client and have a question regarding the Merchant Center. I’ve noticed that it offers various customization options and was wondering if it can be repurposed as an admin panel for sellers. Specifically, I’d like to know:Can the Merchant Center be customized for individual sellers to manage their products and orders?If so, is it possible to brand the admin panel with the seller's logo, color scheme, and other brand elements?Looking forward to any insights or recommendations on this! Thanks in advance!

We have orders search functionality - by using query to filter our particular orders. https://docs.commercetools.com/api/predicates/query Every time we are adding new search params (typically custom fields) we have timeout error once we use them, after some time search optimization dynamic index is added side timeout issues are gone, search works fast without problemsFor the last added search param index creation is taken more time: According to CT documentation it should take up to 2 weeks: From our previous experience it was couple of days, now it is more that 2 weeks already but we still have timeout issue and I am not sure what we can do to understand when it will.be optimized.This is the custom field search, nothing complicated and nothing different from the other custom fields except name custom(fields(motoReferenceId="{value}"))

I'm creating an import CSV file for assets for Merchant Center import functionality and it works until I add tags to the import (variants.assets.tags). I also tried the template file that you provide in the documentation but it also failed.I always get an error:Row:1 InvalidField variants.0.assets.0.tags must be an array Import file:variants.sku ,key ,variants.key ,variants.assets.key ,variants.assets.name.en ,variants.assets.sources.uri ,variants.assets.description.en ,variants.assets.tags 123456789 ,test-product , 123456789 ,asset-key-1 ,asset name 1 ,https://example.org/product-video.mp4 ,description 1 ,new; sale; test  In addition, is there a possibility to target a specific asset like attributes? e.g. variants.asset.1.key so that we don’t need a new line for each asset. Regards,Drazen

Hi, I’m trying to do an CSV product import with the Merchant Center import functionality. I’m having issue with localised set attributes. I tried multiple combinations but I didn’t find a working example for localised set/text field. Attributes are defined as text, localised and set, e.g. “specifications” attribute. I tried the following:  attributes.specifications.en.*.key attributes.specifications.keyattributes.specifications.en.1.keyattributes.specifications.en.  Any help would be welcome. Regards, Drazen

Hello!Have you ever encountered that the extension runner in the Frontend solution is not available during Netlify build? And if so, how are you (consistently) getting over this issue?It used to happen from time to time and I would usually merge a dummy commit in the branch which would trigger a new build. In the past I’ve also had tests fail in the pipeline (Studio CI) but it wouldn’t show in the CI dashboard. This case would also make the Netlify build fail with the same reason, but this time it’s not the case because I can see my branch pipeline finished successfully.Also, interestingly enough, it’s only failing in one environment (staging). This time the extension is simply not accessible, but I’ve had cases where the version was not a match, or even the extension was responding but the short commit hash was undefined (it was still seen as a miss-match)   This time it’s quite stubborn because I’ve tried commits, new branches, rebases, manually triggering the build from Netlify, to

Hi, My team has run into an issue where we have Commerce Tools orders that contain 12 + items in the cart. For certain geographical locations (e.g. USA) we need to perform 8 - 12 actions per line item in the order. This breaches existing Commerce Tools limitation of 100 actions in API extensions. Is there an option to increase this limit ? so that we dont run into this processing issue? Thanks Ivano

Hi, Is it possible to enable order editing in the Merchant Center? The use case I am looking at here is that some of our orders require vetting - our Customer Service team opens an order and checks if the right part (we are in auto spare parts business) was selected by the customer. In case it does not the vehicle, they remove it and replace it with a different part (SKU).I am researching an option to have this use case handled in Merchant Center - any thoughts anyone?(for the sake of this discussion I would leave the payment element complexity)
