I'll start! A couple of years ago, a colleague noticed I was having a rough time (my teary eyes gave me away). We were not close, not even friends, but she reached out privately to check on me and offered her ear. She invited for a drink after work and what can I say? That simple act of kindness made a world of difference to me that day. I was alone and feeling extremely lonely in a big city and she made me feel seen.😊
