Hmm. How big can my zombie apocalypse team be? At a minimum,  I would choose a team optimized for problem solving. My team core would be me, an architect, a developer and a devops engineer. I would hope the architect help with prioritization and bartering.  A business lead that is capable of also helping barter and other cross functional tasks would be helpful.

As big as you need it to be ​@Mike Stevenson, there's not limits, unless they get eaten/turned.

You definitely can have a unicorn however, I think we need to decide who's the lead/MVP before because if we don't, we are as good as dead from the very beginning.
