Hmm. How big can my zombie apocalypse team be? At a minimum,  I would choose a team optimized for problem solving. My team core would be me, an architect, a developer and a devops engineer. I would hope the architect help with prioritization and bartering.  A business lead that is capable of also helping barter and other cross functional tasks would be helpful.

As big as you need it to be ​@Mike Stevenson, there's not limits, unless they get eaten/turned.

Going back and forth between a Dev and an Architect. Can I have a unicorn? Like an Architect that can also do business leadership and in his or hers youth used to code? It’s really tough to choose an MVP before the game. Let’s wait to see how they all fare in the apocalypse, then we vote 😅.

You definitely can have a unicorn 🦄 however, I think we need to decide who's the lead/MVP before because if we don't, we are as good as dead from the very beginning. 

I’m going to be the sole vote for the Business Lead aren’t I?! 😂
