Hello colleagues

We have been trying to reach our customer success manager for weeks now with no response. Really unprofessional and bad support from commerce tools.

Any escalation or contact that anyone can share to escalate?

Is this bad support experienced by someone else as well?

we are in a hurry as we want to settle an invoice issue within 2025.
