As the Program Manager for the commercetools Customer Success Team, it is my pleasure to welcome you to commercetools Community!

In my day to day role with commercetools, I work with our amazing Customer Success Team on various initiatives to increase the value we bring to you as our customers and partners.  I’m excited to see your engagement here, as the questions, suggestions and comments you leave will no doubt provide fantastic insight for our team to leverage as we’re always looking to provide even greater service to you.

Outside of work hours, you’ll find me on a driving range trying the latest swing technique I learned on YouTube (that wont work) or fishing off the beach here in Jax Beach, Florida.

I'm the Business and Solution Architect at Lyse Tele (a Telecom Group in Norway) for B2C e-commerce.

I also have expertise in product and pricing modelling, which I acquired through working in various sectors including banking, retail, manufacturing, energy, and primarily, telecom.

A few months ago, Lyse adopted Composable Commerce from Commercetools, and our new e-commerce solution is entirely based on MACH architecture, marking our very first project to implement this approach 🙂

I'm excited to learn from and share experiences with the Commercetools community!

I’m Kim,

One more Solutions Architect joining the group! 

I’m a consultant based in Gothenburg (Sweden), with most of my professional experience is within the E-Commerce Domain.

I’m at the car company Lynk&Co (sibling to Volvo, Zeeker and Polestar) where we have started a transition from an in-house solution towards CommerceTools, we are doing this by migrating “business flows” one by one. As of writing it’s still early in this journey, so we are “only” live with CommerceTools in BackOffice initiated sales processes (B2B sales using Quotations). But we’re very close to going live with first customer facing flow (B2C & B2B Cash sales via our Website)

I’m Klaus from Bright IT. We are a team of consultants, designers and software engineers spread over offices in Austria and Poland. From there we create websites, apps and e-commerce solutions for medium and large businesses across many industries – often for an international market/audience.

We’ve had the joy of working with commercetools for quite a few years already. One of our best  showcases is our work with Swarovski Optik on their website/online shop - among others powered by commercetools and Contentful.
