Hi All,

I am the product manager for Audit Log Change History and Audit Log Premium.  We often get asked about covering carts in change history.  Carts can only be interacted with via API and therefore only make sense as an add-on to the Audit Log Premium license. 

Carts have high rates of change and to cover carts in change history would create more change records than all currently covered resources.  To help us judge whether it makes sense to invest in building cart change history, we have a few questions.

If cart change history was an option that could be added to Audit Log Premium for an additional fee:

  1. How long would cart change history records need to be stored? Would 30 days be enough? 
  2. Would your company be willing to pay extra to have cart change history in addition to the Audit Log Premium fee?
  3. How would your team use cart change history?
